I can make custom layouts for android app. The cost depends on the work like how many icons I have to make. The minimum amount is 8$ and can vary depending on the amount of work. I not only make android app designs but also Google Chrome themes. The themes are custom it depends if you provide me with the pictures then great otherwise just give me an idea of how I should make it. The theme will cost 2$ each.
